YTL understands modern trends in procurement used by food companies and adopts a ‘fresh food fast’ procurement model. Our sourcing process adheres to quality and food safety standards. We adopt contract-farming best practices to support farmers and also to ensure availability of commodities to our customers on promised timelines.
YTL procures fresh milk directly from the farmers. Every farmer's milk
is tested for its quality. The two parameters tested for determining
quality are Fat and SNF.
Our poultry products are grown on a contract-farming basis.
